Baptized!

On September 5th Bodee was baptized! :) He was baptized at Zion in Alex with Pastor Finnern. We asked Chris and Erin to be Bodee's godparents, and we are so honored to have them!

Zion has started recording their services to post on their website, and the service where B was baptized happened to be the first one that they recorded. On September 4th, my bestie, Ang, married her fiance Matt. :) :) The wedding was in Alex and the reception was at her parent's farm... it was so beautiful! The whole weekend was a riot. Ang and Matt make a great couple and I could not be more happy for them. Congrats Lee's!

Bemus Point, NY!

In August we packed up the fam and headed to Matt's home town, Bemus Point, NY. As I mentioned before, we met Chris, Erin and Ava there and had a complete blast! We spent the majority of the trip on the lake but also got to meet up with a bunch of family and friends while we were in town. It was perfect!

The first morning we were in town we headed to the Thule Lodge for a pancake breakfast - yum! Donna was volunteering that day so she was our waitress. She loved showing off both Ava and Bodee to all of her Swedish friends. :)

That night we had dinner at the Italian Fisherman. Corey and Emily drove down from Niagara Falls to join us.

We had such a great week with all of our family and friends in NY! Thanks Chris and Erin for hosting us! We're planning on doing this vacation annually - we already can't wait for next year!!
