Last weekend the Hagstrom crew packed up and headed to southwestern Colorado for a wedding. One of Matt's closest friends, Bo, got married in Durango so we decided to take advantage of being in such a beautiful part of the state and take in all we could while we were there. We hit up a bunch of sites shown in pictures below, and enjoyed the super historic town of Durango. We had so much fun!
We left just as the sun was rising on Friday. Not a bad way to start our weekend..
Bodee was a trooper! This is the way he likes to road trip...
The drive down was over six hours and we passed through some awesome scenery along the way. It made the drive a breeze. Below are some of the fun sights I grabbed my camera out fast enough to capture. ... notice the quality isn't so good as I was taking pics through the window..
South Park
Driving through random outcroppings
View coming down Wolf Creek Pass
Bo & Misty got married at Bo's aunts house on Friday. It was a super laid back yet gorgeous wedding. We had a ton of fun! Congrats Tobins!
Their little sweetie, McCovey, helped me feed Bodee.

Fam pic!
Saturday we got up bright and early and headed to Mesa Verde National Park. It was beautiful!! We got to learn about and tour Puebloan cliff dwellings that were built around the 1200s. SO cool!

On our way to Cliff Palace. This cliff dwelling is the largest of the dwellings with over 150 rooms and 20 kivas! We had to take a guided tour to access it.
Cliff Palace. Again, so cool!

On our way out! These steps were added for current day traffic - the Puebloans scaled the cliffs to get to their harvests on the tops of the mountain.
Tight squeeze.
Video Matt took as he was climbing out... ha...
On our way back to Denver on Sunday we stopped by the sand dunes! They're located just west of the Sagre de Cristo Mountains in the Great Sand Dunes National Park. The sand dunes are just the oddest thing as they're literally a big pile of sand next to a mountain range. They were so fun to see!
We had a blast on our mini vacation! Thanks Misty and Bo for getting married in Durango - we loved visiting the area! :)
